Can someone recap how the Porter and Preston plot on Desperate Housewives season 5 turned out?

I hadn't watched any of season 6 yet and I'm catching up now. I'm on ep 4 of season 6. Anyway, can someone just remind me how the whole fire and affair thing ended up with Porter and Preston last season?
