Could i possibly be pregnant?

I have been experience cramping and twinges in my lower right abdomen...in what feels like the same area my menstral cramps would be. Im not due to get my period til the 27th and me and my boyfriend having been trying for a baby...its way to early to take a pregnancy test so im curious if this is maybe a first sign of pregnancy ?? please let me knoww this is so important to me
