He's dating your friend. So you need to back off and not be that kind of girl. He obviously doesn't like you like that if he dumped you so many times in the past. So move on. Or if he does happen to like you and you want to give him yet another chance, let him break up with your friend because he wants to. Not because you want to get between them because of what your friends tell you, not what he tells you.
