Does anyone have the Fisher Price Rainforest bouncer seat? I am having trouble with the frog going off track?

The little frog that goes up and down keeps coming off the track and making this horrible clicking noise!! It doesn't seem to bother my daughter, but it sure drives me crazy! Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do you fix it? Thanks!!
