Is pulling out wires from my laptop when is still on wrong?

wires like the network,speaker and mouse when it's still on will this spoil my laptop?Bcs i always pull out my network wire when i'm not using the net and also my speakers when i finish watching movie.If it is wrong what might happen?Bcs i notice my internet is running slower now.
