Is Oprah the most gullible person alive?

She's just a drama llama. I honestly think she's desperate for these heartwarming triumph stories and unfortunately, they really don't happen too often. That's what makes them so special. The few people who really do go through these things are often reluctant to cheapen their experiences by having Oprah steal the spotlight.
