I just would like know what you think of this bumper sticker?

I think it is just saying 'for all have sinned and fell short of the glory of God.' In other words I mess up to but because I have Christ I have a right to forgiveness. I've seen the bumper sticker and it can appear y to anyone who lacks understanding.
