Why does my chihuahua run away when I blow on her?

I mean, I am not even blowing hard enough to put out a candle but it sends her running for the kennel. She is a 6 year old rescue breeder dog and I only got her a few weeks ago. She is nervous anyway but I never saw anything like it before. I figured it out when I was EXHALING! LOL That tells you how light it is to affect her. What's up with this and has anyone had a dog that was like that?
