Last minute airfares?

Does anyone know of good website for finding last minute flight deals? Anything I google or search isnt very helpful. The best I can come up with is kayak.com which shows certain days having lower airfares compared to other days, but its still time and labor intensive when search for the best deals. Any tips? Thanks!
