My dogs not putting any weight on?

my dog gave birth to 6 puppies 5wk ago.but she doest seem to be any weight on.iv wormed her and the puppies.she is well feed.the puppies ain't feeding off her as much,but she still hasn't put any weight on.does anyone have any advice?
