My husband is "fixed"...can it be reversed?

The more I think about this, the more afraid I become. My husband had a vasectomy in his first marriage. It has been just under ten years. He has two kids from this marriage. He says he would like to have one with me, but I am afriad he won't be able to! Can anyone tell me about the success rate of vasectomies and what I should expect? Is it too late? Will I never be able to have a baby with him?
