Fence dispute with my neighbor?

I put a fence up on what I thought was the boundary line with our neighbor 3 months ago. I was going to put the fence on our property 2 feet but our neighbor cam outside while we were constructing and told us where he wanted us to put it. Today he had surveyors surveying his property and he thinks the fence is 6 inches on his property. I told him I would move the fence off of his property but he said no that it would not be moved until after he takes us to court. My question is why would he take us to court for a judge to tell us to move the fence when I am willing to move the fence now. More info we live in a rural community with no city ordinances. It seems like if we moved the fence he should be satisfied. I told him I was sorry we mistakenly encroached on his property and I was happy to move the fence over onto my side. But he was very rude and told me I couldn't do anything until he took us to court.

Working on a Pokemon Double Battle team, need help with strategy.?

I like the current idea although when playing in competitive double battles you can also do stuff like helping hand or even follow me pokemon that stop the opponent from attacking something you are setting up. Also in double battlers protect should be on a majority of your pokemon to avoid attacks like earthquake and stop and people from double teaming. I should also tell you about a slacking idea where you can nullify it with gastro acid or even skill swap it way then use skill swap to make another pokemon have that horrid ability. Also you can pych up stat increases like belly drum to all your team. Also with any team rapid spinner and a heal bell/aromatherapy. I am just throwing out a few ideas you have to make it up most on your own.

What kind of dog would be best for my 3 and 4 year old kids?

Will the apple store replace my iPhone 3G S?

So i just traded in my month old 3g for a new 3g S. There some problems with the new phone though. First the silencer switch is loose. Second it doesn't charge with the wall charger that came with it. Third the headphone jack doesn't work properly with any of my third party headphones or cette adapters. It also crackles when using the apple headphones that came in the box. There is one thing i am worried about though. Some how there is a small half inch scratch on the screen near the earpiece. No idea how this happened i have never dropped and have treated it like a baby. Just wondering if they will replace it because of its defects. The rest of the phone is absolutely pristine cosmetically. Thanks

Okay so please read all of this before just spouting off an answer. My husband and I both have great careers, good family..etc..The main issue is that all of his friends are a bad influence. He had smoked pot for 10+ years and when we got married he agreed to quit. He quit for 6 months and then one day had a relapse. This weekend we got into this "talk" about it because I had suspected it . Should I be mad about it and how he had lied. Knee Dislocates during Aqua Run?

My knee has been dislocating when I take Aqua Run cles. (Aqua Run is jogging/running in a swimming pool with a belt on.) I went to the doctor and he did x-rays - everything looks fine. He is currently sending me for physical therapy, and my PT is having me do strenghtening exercises. My knee still keeps dislocating during cl. I have been doing this cl for 7 years - I have no idea why this is starting to happen now. If anything, I am in much better shape. My PT says I am hypermobile (too flexible) and I may have some muscle imbalances (hence the exercises). Does anyone know how I can prevent my knee from dislocating? Also does anyone know of a waterproof patella stabilizing brace that I can wear into the pool? I have tried to wear one that wasn't waterproof, but when it gets wet, it looses its effectiveness and offers no support. Thank you very much.

He did an EKG on thursday and was not happy with my p wave. He said there is something long with an electical circuit in my heart. If you are pregnant you may still have some sort of period as your body still has it's cycle when it's due although it may not be as much but this is only for the next period and then they will stop if your are pregnant. Feeling constipated and bloated could be anything and again doesn't appear in really early pregnancy. just see how you go but try not to worry or get your hopes up as this can all affect your cycle and lead to disappointment, you will get pregnant when you least expect it there is no sure way of getting pregnant either your body will know the right time. good luck !

Injured fish - please help?

My male swordtail got himself stuck in a hole that was too small for him. I saw him in time to get him out but he's missing a lot of scales and I'm wondering if I can do anything for him. He is mostly hanging out at the top of the tank. I have a breeder net and was wondering if I should keep him in there so the other fish wouldn't bother him but I'm also wondering if that would stress him out even more. I added a little conditioner to the water since it said it helped with the slime coating for fish and helped with stress. Anything else I can do? What about the breeder net? Will he be able to replace the missing scales?

Clingy Baby?

My 6 mth old boy has just stsarted to become very clingy and demanding of my, or anyones time. Winterize oak tree? sapling? what ever I have?

I transplanted an oak plant in the spring. It had 3 leaves on it when I transplanted it. Those leaves died and I had 2 new sprouts of 4 leaves each this summer. It is about 6" tall. I ume that even though it did not grow very tall the root system must have grown quite a bit. Is there anything special one has to do far an oak tree of this size to prepare for winter? I live in the northern Illinois area and it gets quite cold. I know trees must be able to survive winters but I would like to make sure this tree lives. I should also note that this tree is planted between my sidewalk and the street. If we get a lot of snow and the street gets plowed onto where my tree is will this hurt it chance of survival?

Spooky goings on with my central car locking?

I have a 2 year old Toyota Verso and have never had a problem with the key operated central locking. Two days ago I parked at an address in East Sus to find that the central locking would not work at all and I had to use the emergency key to lock the car. When I returned to the car, the central locking was still out, I unlocked the car using the key which set off the alarm. This stopped after a minute or so and I was able to drive off. The central locking then continued to operate normally. Today I returned to the exact spot I had parked at before only to find the central locking refused to function yet again. On leaving the area, the central locking operated normally. I noticed that I had parked on a freshly remade section of the road where clearly road works had been done and I wondered if anything underground, perhaps electrical, could have caused this? Nasty scar from staph infection during a surgery. Would like feedback.?

Thought I might be able to get a scar from a previous surgery related to crohn's disease repaired but was told that the infection causing bacteria could lay dormant and that if reopened, the scar might become worse, infected again and/or take longer to heal than the last time especially since I am on anti immunity prescription. Yeast infection or ?

Me and my girlfriend have been together for 3 years now and have not once had a yeast infection. Then one day she said that her was hurting, then it hurt to pee. She did have some gunky colored discharch but wasnt sure it was a yeast infection. we went to the nearest drug store and bought a test. The results said that it could be a yeast infection or it could be normal. I bought the overnight medication. The next day i took a look at it for myself and there were a few little white spots on the inside of her lips. after the medication fully drained i took another look. the white stuff on the sores were gone but still had little holes left behind. I could only think of two ways it could be a yeast infection. ONE we tried out a new lubricant. TWO her mom just had a yeast infection and they took a bath the same day in the same tub. She went to urgent care and the doctor told her that it could be but wasnt sure. he took a swab test and said it would be five days.Does this sound like or a yeast infection gone bad?

Ok, I'm 22 and just recently quit taking birth control pills because they caused some immediate health issues. I had been on the pill for about 3 years so my periods were like clockwork. After I stopped taking the pills (mid-pack) my period started (April 23 - 27). About a week ago I had a few days of white discharge, which was so thick I thought it was a yeast infection (but it wasn't). I have also had gas and slight cravings over the past few days but nothing too severe. So, today is Day 29 of my cycle and their is still no sign of my next period. So, when should I expect my next period or is it normal to skip months or have irregularity after getting off the pill? Sorry to get so personal but thanks for the answers...
